Originally from Memphis, TN -  Brandy Bell is a both a career professional and entrepreneur. She’s had Southern Hospitality ingrained from a very early age which drives top tier customer service in all of her endeavors. 

She has a background in Hospitality, Finance and Real Estate. As a Vacation Rental Host, Brandy discovered her passion for staging and interior design. She finds gratification in turning houses into homes. At her peak as a host, she managed, staged and operated 7 successful Vacation Rental locations within Chicago over a span of 3 years. She thoroughly enjoys using her creativity to realize stylish aesthetics to appeal to her design clients and the masses for her staging projects.  Her 10 year career in Finance has honed her ability to steward and manage budgets, analyze data and deliver useful reporting around performance as well as project management. Brandy is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with Baird & Warner servicing the greater Chicagoland area. She believes Real Estate can be a  vehicle for wealth creation and is determined to educate consumers on how to do that as a trusted advisor.  She services Sellers, Buyers, Renters and Landlords alike.  When she's not servicing her design or real estate clients, she's an avid foodie and cook, enjoys all things music, loves to travel the world and you can find her biking the lake on a nice sunny day!
